Overlooking the 18th green of the Rocky Crest Golf Club, this dining room located inside a Muskoka log cabin serves up delicious meals with a generous side of ambience and scenery. Traditional clubhouse fare for lunch and creative touches on our dinner menu is the order of the day at the Bistro.

Clubhouse Dress Code
Rocky Crest Clubhouse has a dress code policy in effect at all times. Appropriate Clubhouse attire includes collared shirts, turtlenecks, or mock-neck shirts. Shirts must be tucked in at all times, unless the style of the shirt dictates otherwise. Golf slacks, golf shorts, jeans are all appropriate if neat and tidy. Inappropriate Clubhouse attire includes ripped or frayed clothing of any kind, athletic wear, beach wear, etc.

BAYSIDE PATIO AND LOUNGE MUSKOKA CASUAL DINING
The Bayside offers casual dining in our nautical decor and an expansive view of the lake and resort grounds. A refreshing drink on our sunny patio is the perfect spot to take in all of the activity! After a fun-filled day in the sun, the Bayside Lounge is a cozy spot to unwind over drinks and dinner. The perfect venue for an evening of relaxing with friends, the menu offerings focus on light fare and traditional favourites. The Bayside Patio and Lounge is a very popular spot. A place where resort guests, Muskoka cottagers and Lake Joseph boaters can stop in for a quick bite or a relaxing beverage. With views overlooking the marina and the lake, The Bayside is a great place to enjoy the warm summer weather; to people watch and see the boats go by.

MEET KEN SCHULZ OUR EXECUTIVE CHEF
Ken Schulz grew up in Muskoka and stayed true to his roots during his career, working at several restaurants and resorts in the region. After successfully completing the apprenticeship programs at both Georgian College in Barrie and George Brown College in Toronto Ken took his first position at the Muskoka Sands Resort (now Taboo Resort) in Gravenhurst, where he learned his craft from European-trained chefs. He then became the Sous Chef at the Inn at the Falls in Bracebridge, eventually rising to the position of Executive Chef. In that role, Ken was responsible for the traditional English-style Fox and Hound Pub and the Victorian Dining Room.
After returning to Muskoka Sands as Executive Sous Chef, and overseeing the resort's four food outlets and supporting their kitchens and management Ken then took a seasonal position at ClubLink's The Lake Joseph Club as Executive Sous Chef with his main focus the renowned Water's Edge Wine Bar and Grill, a favourite haunt of golfers, entertainers and pro athletes. After several seasons as Executive Chef at Sherwood Inn, then Grandview Inn, Ken was then appointed Executive Chef at Sherwood Inn and Rocky Crest Golf Resort in 2012.
Chef Ken Schulz has participated, showcasing his Muskoka flair, in many events including events at the Bata Shoes Museum in Toronto and has appeared in Muskoka Magazine and been featured on CITY-TV's Breakfast Television. He brings Muskoka inspired cuisine to all of our dining outlets combing locally sourced fish, meats, produce and artisan foods and beers with an extensive wine list to create a true Muskoka experience with every bite. As an essential supporter and contributor to SAVOUR Muskoka, Chef continues to combine his experience, talent and love for local fare to continue the tradition of promotion of local cuisine.
