With spectacular views and a menu filled with exciting, Canadiana-inspired dishes, Windows offers fine dining in a traditional  Muskoka setting. From appetizer to dessert, every mouthful will surprise and delight your taste buds. Our Muskoka fine dining room serves only the finest quality premium cuts of Canadian beef, expertly grilled to your exact preference. The Bayside offers casual dining with an expansive view of the lake and resort grounds. A refreshing drink on our sunny patio is the perfect spot to take in all of the activity! After a fun-filled day in the sun, the Bayside Lounge is a cozy spot to unwind over drinks and dinner. The perfect venue for an evening of relaxing with friends, the menu offerings focus on light fare and traditional favourites.

chef ken rigby

Chef Ken Rigby’s culinary skills came easy to him at a young age when he began working in his father’s cafeteria and picking up the odd catering job in his hometown of North Bay, Ontario. Eventually challenging the Red Seal exam in the early 90’s, Chef Rigby has since developed a distinguished reputation for his culinary talents and abilities.

Spending time at various restaurants in Toronto over the first 10 years of his culinary career, he eventually made the decision to head north and accepted a Sous Chef position at ClubLink’s Grandview Golf Club in 2002. After spending 11 years at Grandview, the opportunity to work closer to home became available and he accepted a position at ClubLink’s Lake Joseph Golf Club where he spent 14 years as the Executive Clubhouse Chef.

We welcomed Chef Rigby to Rocky Crest in 2019 and he now leads all culinary operations at The Clubhouse including regular dining service, weddings and special events. Chef Rigby has a strong passion for the outdoors, preparing locally sourced food and is certainly no stranger around the kitchen.

chef Mustapha Benhadou

Born and raised in the northwest corner of Africa, Chef Mustapha Benhadou began his culinary career in Rabat, the capital city of Morocco. Chef Benhadou found his love for classic French cuisine early in his career, but over the years has also become intrigued with traditional Greek cuisine; “I spent quite some time in Greece, and while I was there I became fascinated with how the locals would use only the freshest ingredients – I noticed this allowed them to use very little seasoning and herbs, which resulted in some of the most flavorsome dishes”. Along with spending time in Morocco and Greece, Chef Benhadou has also worked in Dubai, Malaysia, Saudi Araba and Hongkong. 

Chef Benhadou’s international experience has allowed him to spot popular trends from around the globe; one of the reoccurring themes he noticed was the best meals are prepared when using as many locally sourced ingredients as possible – a philosophy that guides his menus here at the resort.

We welcomed Chef Mustapha Benhadou to Rocky Crest Golf Resort in 2022 and he leads all culinary operations at the Resort from regular dining service at Windows Restaurant and Bayside Patio & Lounge, to weddings and banquets.
