ClubLink members are entitled to room discounts at Rocky Crest Golf Resort and Sherwood Inn.  

20% Off 

• Members are entitled to 20% off the regular rate at anytime

30% Off

• Prestige members are entitled to 30% off the regular rate at anytime

50% Off

• Members are entitled to 50% off the regular rate  when booking a new reservation within 48 hours of arrival

• Prestige members are entitled to 50% off the regular rate  when booking a new reservation within 72 hours of arrival

 
Special 50% Off Dates

• Special 50% off dates are offered where the member can book at a 50% off discount without waiting for the last minute program

• These dates are set one month in advance on the first Wednesday of the month (i.e. on the first Wednesday of May for June dates)

 

Member Guest Rooms, Restrictions and Billing

• The member must be present in order for the member discount to apply.  Photo identification will be required.

• A member staying at the resort may book up to one additional member guest room at the member discount

• Members may charge to their member account only if the member is present and shows photo identification

• Members are required to check out and sign their folio when charging to their member account.   Failure to do so gives the resort permission to charge to the member account without dispute

Deposit / Cancellation Policy

• Members are required to pay a deposit when booking a member discounted room

• Resort suites are considered guaranteed for the length of the stay 5 days prior to arrival and members will be charged for the entire value of the reservation if they arrive late or depart early, for both their room and all member guest rooms

• Villas, Cabins and Cottages are subject to a non-refundable $500 deposit at time of booking and the balance of the reservation is due 30 days prior to arrival

• Any changes prior to 5 days before arrival are subject to a $39 change fee plus HST
