What you can expect when staying at Rocky Crest Golf Resort

  • We have opened with ongoing social distancing measures. You should expect the resort experience to be adjusted this season for the safety of both our guests and team members. This will be re-evaluated based on government regulations and public health authority recommendations on a regular basis. 

All outdoor recreation will be open including watercraft at the waterfront. We are supplying shared PFD's (life jackets) this year.

  • The outdoor pool will be open. The outdoor hot tub and exercise room will be open.

  • Waterpark to be open (summer season only).

  • Masks are optional when indoors.

Guest Suites

  • Guest suites will be prepared for your arrival with a focus on high frequency touch points.

  • All guest handouts (maps, folios, menus, etc.) will be emailed to guests or available on our Rocky Crest Resort app.

  • Stayover housekeeping service will be offered and will include:

    • Beds made​

    • Vacuum carpets (as required)

    • Wipe down counters

    • Remove garbage and recycling

    • Replace amenities and coffee

    • Replace towels on floor or in tub

 

Food and Beverage

  • Rocky Crest will be offering a combination of inside dining, outdoor patios and take-out from our three restaurants based on government regulations.

  • Shared BBQ area is open and available on a first come, first served based.

Golf

  • You will be greeted upon arrival and be provided instructions related to the local Club operational protocols.

  • Practice physical distancing and respiratory etiquette at all times. Keep one flagstick length away from others, avoid touching surfaces, sanitize your hands frequently, avoid common greetings such as handshakes, and please do not gather in groups to socialize at any time.

  • Practice facilities will be available for golfers with a pre-booked tee time only.

  • Bunker rakes will be removed from the course and bunkers will be temporarily played as lift, clean and place. Please use your foot to smooth your footprints as you exit a bunker.

  • In order to avoid potential social gatherings, we ask that you depart immediately following your round, unless you are accessing the restaurant.

Recreation and Other Services

  • Walking trails are open.

  • Waterfront open with restrictions. 

  • Canoes, paddle boards, kayaks and paddle boats are available.

    • Self-serve sanitization stations with instructions and contact information.

  • Waterpark and pontoon boat cruises will be available in the summer season (June 24th through September 4th).

  • Tennis, basketball and volleyball courts are available. We recommend you provide your own equipment.

  • Recreation facilities closed include Armishaw Kids' Camp and indoor hot tub & sauna.

  • Bonfire will be available if there is no municipal fire ban and if guests follow noise compliance expectations.
