Golf Services
If you enjoy working outside, chatting with golfers, are detail oriented and don't mind early mornings - the Golf Services Department is for you! You will succeed in this department if you’re talkative and understand the importance of customer service; from initiating conversations and carrying golf bags, to cleaning clubs, golf carts and setting up the practice facility in detail. This position is suited for those who enjoy interacting with customers, have great communication skills and are self-motivated.
We’re currently seeking Assistant Professionals, Pro Shop Attendants, Outside Services Employees and Starters.

Food & Beverage
If you excel working in a fast-paced environment where memory work and multitasking is a huge part of your day, the Food & Beverage Department is for you! This department will give you the opportunity to work in our Bistros, Banquet Halls, Halfway Houses and Beverage Carts. You will succeed in this department if you enjoy interacting with customers, have a fantastic memory and enjoy creating relationships with guests and members. Strong teamwork skills will benefit you in this position; from supporting other Food & Beverage team members, to working with the Culinary team relaying and collecting orders - those with a great sense of timing, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once are well suited for the Food & Beverage Department.
We’re currently seeking Restaurant Managers, Restaurant Supervisors, Servers, Beverage Cart Attendants, Hosts, Bus People and Banquet Porters.

Culinary
If you have a passion for preparing food and working in a fast-paced and time sensitive environment, the Culinary Department is for you! In this department you will consistently provide high-quality food and work in collaboration with the Food & Beverage team to ensure all member and guest expectations are met in a timely manner, with a very high attention to quality. Members of our Culinary team will work under the guidance of our Executive Chefs in one of our onsite restaurants ranging from fine dining to pub style bistros. If you're task oriented, have a high attention towards quality and can work well in a fast-paced team setting, the Culinary Department is for you!
We’re currently seeking Chef de Partie, Sous Chefs, 1st cooks, 2nd cooks, 3rd cooks/prep and Stewards.

Turf Department
If you're a task-oriented individual who takes direction well, enjoys working outside and doesn't mind early mornings - the Turf Department is for you! In this department you will be responsible for maintaining the golf course; from cutting grass with lawnmowers and weedwhackers to raking bunkers and setting up tee decks. The Turf Department typically begins their day before the sun rises, but is finished in the early afternoon with plenty of day left. This department is team oriented with a focus on productivity and quality above all else. If you enjoy physical outdoor labour and can work both independently and in a team environment, then the Turf Department is for you!

Rooms
If you enjoy constant interaction with resort guests, are tech savvy, and comfortable speaking on the phone - the Rooms Department is for you! Working in the Rooms Department means you're on the frontline for customer conflict resolution, and you will be able to provide efficient and effective communication with guests during the booking and registration process. You will succeed in this department if you have strong communication skills, and are able to troubleshoot and critically think on the spot while communicating with resort guests.
We’re currently seeking Front Office Supervisors/Managers on Duty, Guest Service Agents, Reservations Agents and Overnight Guest Service/Night Audit Agents.

Housekeeping
The Housekeeping Department is suited for those who enjoy working in small teams and completing routine tasks with a high level of detail and consistency. Working in the Housekeeping Department you are responsible for cleaning and organizing resort suites, cottages and common areas, while also attending to linens and working with cleaning supplies. If you're forward thinking, are able to identify the need for precautionary maintenance and can notice room deficiencies such as missing objects - the Housekeeping Department is for you!
We’re currently seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor, Room Attendants, a House Person, a Common Area Person, and a Laundry Person.

Recreation
If you enjoy working outdoors near the water, can be constantly alert, and are a customer service oriented person who enjoys communicating with both adults and children, the Recreation Department is for you! Recreation staff will provide a clean, safe and hazard-free area for guests to enjoy themselves. In this department you will maintain the ability to seek resolutions surrounding guest inquiries and concerns in a friendly way.
We’re currently seeking a Recreation Supervisor (fulltime), a Recreation Supervisor (May 1 to September 6), Recreation Attendants (June 25 to September 6) and Lifeguards (June 25 to September 6).
